  • A: Only the removable cover, not the foam. Care instructions say wipe the foam to clean.

  • A: NO! The foam will not dry! Over 7 hours (intermittently) in the dryer on high…Still damp. Have no choice but to throw it out. Wish I hadn’t listened to the response that it could be machined washed.

    I love this pillow!! I choose it everytime it comes to pick out a pillow to use. This one and the Casaluna down pillow are the ONLY ones I use. For me it’s perfect for side sleeping, stomach sleeping and on my back. The protective cover does smell weird at first, but once I threw it in the wash it came out fresh.

    Labeled size not accurate for king size pillows.

    Good pillow as far as support and cool touch. Not a good pillow if you need it to fit king size pillow cases and you buy the king size pillows. In the photo on the right is the Cool Touch Gel Memory Foam Pillow King Size in a standard king sized pillow case, and on the left is the much less expensive Cool Touch Pillow also King Size in a king sized pillow case. The more expensive gel pillow is at least 4-6 inches too short and as a result has a droopy appearance, not because the pillow is drooping but because it is too small for a standard king sized pillow case.

    Best pillow I've ever owned

    This is the best pillow I’ve ever owned (and I’ve tried a good amount). There is a chemical smell the first day or two, but I just sat it out in an open space for a day and it was fine. It was only when I was up against it that I smelled it.

    Icy Cold Sleep is Here!

    We have had these pillows for a couple months now and my whole body has cooled down at night because of them! They stay firm, chilly, and comfortable. I literally toss my other pillows off our bed now and will only use these. I've spent more than double the cost on pillows that never quite fit the bill. This one is a winner.

    Misleading description

    Online describes it as medium firm for all sleepers, however on the packaging there is no mention of medium and states it is firm and ideal for back and side sleepers. Checked the barcode and it’s the correct one. The packaging and advertisement online are misleading. Gave it two stars because for my husband, who has broader shoulders, works well for him. Sending mine back.

    Chronic Insomniac

    Can you fall in love with a pillow? Because this is THE PILLOW for me! I could no longer pretend that my 10 year old cooling gel pillow wasn't a diaster. Junks of foam missing, cooling gel only luke warm. Today I splurged for this pillow. It's the best money I've spent in a long time. As soon as I laid down on my side, my head & neck felt the awesome flexible support this pillow offers. And I knew my nights with neck popping & pain were over. Thanks for a fantastic product (the queen size huge). I think I'll get the regular size next 'cause now I want all new pillows ... Just like this one! But in different sizes.
