Good little baker's tool

I always saw Rachel Ray with one of these scraper tools and she makes it it look so helpful, useful kitchen tool. Well, It’s ok..it doesn’t chop as well as a knife. So be safe not to slit a finger when trying to chop anything, even onions. However, I like that it has measurements engraved on it and has other uses for this tool like opening a clove a garlic using the flat side. If you you do decide to get this tool, order two scraper so you always have one that’s clean to use.

I love this scraper! I’ve had different scrapers but this one is something else! I use it all the time when I bake and prepare my doughs. Also when I cook in meats, it’s just so easy to use and clean. I love the measuring conversions engraved on the side of the scraper, those are so useful when working on new recipes. This is one of the two items I'm returning for a refund or exchange. The edge of the scraper is slightly bent, I was going to keep it until I used the pastry blender for the first time and it broke in my hand so I would like to exchange them both or get a refund. If the edge were not broken I would recommend this all-purpose scraper,
