I can't believe I am writing a review of a peeler, but here I am. Like many adults, I spent my 20s using my grandmother's ancient hand-me-down tool. When that broke, I bought a cheap model I've been struggling through potatoes with for years. I've often even knife-peeled to simplify. I finally saw this and grabbed it, wondering why it took me so long. It glides through sweet potatoes like cheese. I would say it cut my prep time by 2/3. It is great quality. Love it.

This is the best peeler I've had in years. I peel a lot of fruit and sometimes the handle is too short or the blades are awkwardly angled. This peeler has neither of those issues and its sharp enough not to require too much force. Love it.

WOW. Buy it.
I was so upset when my trusty Y peeler broke a few weeks ago. I tried using my Pampered Chef one in the meantime while I found the perfect replacement but it was traaaaash! I brought this one home, and couldn't believe what quick work it made of potato peeling. Usually I have to take a little break because my hand cramps up and shoulder gets sore. This was maybe 2 minutes for 8 large potatoes. It blew my mind on a butternut squash too. I will be purchasing one for a friend and my mom now.
