The heatless curlers have garnered mixed feedback from guests, with many praising their ability to create beautiful curls without heat damage. While some guests found them easy to use and comfortable to sleep in, others struggled with the rollers slipping out of their hair, especially those with thick or silky hair. Overall, guests appreciate the potential for gorgeous curls but recommend practice and possibly additional tools for best results.

My brand new rollers would not clip and if they did, they didn’t stay clipped. Super disappointing.

I have below the shoulder length hair and struggled to keep my hair in the rollers no matter how I rolled them. The advertising clip made it look so effortless but it certainly wasn't like that for me !! I will persist though !!

Love this company and many of the products they make but this is not it. I actually bought these at Ulta and then spent hours trying to figure out how to use them. I couldn't find full tutorials on these and the ones I did find they skipped over how to actually make them sty in your head. I ended up returning sadly. I feel like this needs to be more grip and close differently. I literally have no clue how gals get them in or even how the picture here was created

easy to use. soft and smooth. Jumbo better for longer hair than mine but doable for waves. smaller ones better for me.

This where very simple to put on and I woke up with a lot of definition. I have more loose waves and this gave me the feeling of being a bit more put together.

I have super fine hair. No matter what I tried, I couldn't keep them in my hair. I tried it with dry & damp hair They would slide back out.

I absolutely love my Satin Flexi rods. I used them the first time and they were so easy to work with. I got beautiful loose curls that stayed all day in the heat and humidity. Definitely plan on using them often.
Disappointed with Satin Rollers

I'm usually a big fan of Kitsch products—they're consistently well-made and thoughtfully designed. That's why I was excited to try the satin rollers. Unfortunately, I just can't seem to get them to work for me. I've used many types of heatless curlers in the past, but these slip out of my hair almost immediately, no matter how I position or secure them. I'm starting to wonder if the satin material might be the issue for my hair type, and whether the velvet version would have been a better choice. I wish I had known this before ordering, as the set wasn't inexpensive and I was really looking forward to using them regularly. I'd love to know if anyone else has had a similar experience—or if Kitsch has any suggestions or options for exchanging for the velvet version. I'm super bummed they're not working out, but I'm still hopeful there might be a solution!

This doesn't work if your hair has all kinds of layers. I just can't get all the hair on a rod.

Sadly, its been living in its box, after many many failed attempts to use it note, these are not my first rods, I've tried better ones the buttons are too small, making it difficult to grasp when attaching or trying to detach. so you end up pulling out you hair trying to locate that tiny click button! but more importantly the rods simply do not stay in, and slide off instantly!

A bit difficult to use, especially on very long hair, but the result is really nice - not super longlasting, but OK.
