I'm very particular about my hair care products due to a skin condition and so far, the kitsch products I've tried aren't aggravating to my scalp. The Shea butter bar is luxurious and feels nuturing.

It just doesn’t do much for my hair/hair type. I typically use the rice water set and it’s wonderful for my hair. I decided to try this out because I use shea butter in my soaps, but it just doesn’t like my hair. Usually it’s very easy to brush right out of the shower and this makes my hair knot and bunch up and it feels very dry and brittle. I’m using shea butter conditioner and the castor oil shampoo combo.

While I like how this conditioner leaves my hair feeling smooth and smells nice, I’m disappointed as it starting breaking up since the first day of use. I have used it no more than 8 times and I could probably get 3-4 more washes... in pieces. For reference my hair goes up to my shoulders and it’s supposed to last the same as 2 reg bottles.

hair is soft and smooth. the bar itself is very slippery (it slid right out of my hands the first time I tried to use it), and as it nears end of life it starts to get mushy and lose its form.

It does a great job of moisturizing my hair and my skin even feels softer from where I rinse the conditioner from my hair. My only complaint is that the bar is pretty soft and breaks apart early. It flakes off little pieces into my hair when I'm applying it ( they rinse out). I've been using it for maybe a month and it has broken into three pieces.

I was a little hesitant about a bar conditioner, I have wavy curly hair and was worried about the detangling. This has been a wonderful product and my waves have never looked better. When you rinse it out the hair feels so smooth.

I purchased this thinking it would be all natural like the other conditioner bars (and like the sample version of this product seemed to be from the sample set). But the perfumed scent of this specific bar is very strong and artificial. Just a warning to anyone trying to avoid phalates - go with a different bar.

I used this 3 washes over a week with the rice conditioner bar with no other changes to my hair care, diet, sleep, or stress levels and had severe hair shedding. I have a lot of hair but I know the regrowth baby hairs are gonna be a pain. I did report this to the company and hoping to hear back.

I like the product and the softness it leaves my hair with. I certainly feel as if I can go longer in between washes. What I don't like is the softness of the bars. The scent is strong. I'm grateful I like the smell because my bathroom is fragrant. My viori bars last twice as long to be honest. I like viori scent better. However with that said, the kitsch bars will be my travel companions. Less expensive and I do appreciate the travel box/case. I also like the idea of the mesh bags for shower use. I love the thought that I am using a clean product and not adding to plastic waste. I had an incorrect order packed and the customer service was helpful. The scalp massager in my opinion is a little too pokey. I'd like to see the bristles a little thicker and softer. I feel like the one I received is scratching my scalp, even with light pressure.

Only used once, but could tell a difference in the shine of my hair. I have also had an itchy scalp and it wasn't bothering me after using the Castor Oil shampoo and the Shea butter conditioner. Will be finishing up my Earthling products and switching.
