A: The serving size for this product is based on the weight (110 grams) as our French Toast Sticks are made by taking a real loaf of bread, slicing it, then slicing the French Toast Sticks from that. The sizes of each piece varies based on whether it is a middle piece, edge piece, etc. The stick serving size should be approximately 14-16 sticks!

These french toast cinnamon sticks are delicious. Every inch of them is covered with cinnamon. Just 2 minutes to cook in the microwave. I like to dip them in maple syrup and/or cover them in powdered sugar. I gave it a four rating instead of a five because of the price. They aren't something I can get on a regular basis.

I appreciated that the packaging was nice and had multiple cooking instructions, including microwave which I like for when I’m short on time and an option for cooking in the oven otherwise. There are multiple servings in the container, making the value for the money good as well. To me the most important factors are the taste and texture. The taste was OK but the texture was just not what I would want out of French toast stick. It was crunchy and hard and offputting. That being said it is a higher protein breakfast then just eating normal French toast sticks, so would be good for someone trying to hit their macros.

The texture of these is really good for a protein product, and these french toast sticks are definitely still a sweet treat with no weird flavors that some protein things may give you. I toasted them in a little oven for the best crunch + still soft inside combo. I only wish it came with more in the box, but i could easily eat them in 2-3 sittings. Very happy i got to try this!

I picked these up randomly to implement more protein in my quick breakfasts. So delicious! Just sweet enough for no syrup but not too overwhelming. Love that they’re made with whole wheat and are so convenient. Definitely make them in the airfryer! 15 minutes makes them nice and crispy

The only thing that got to me was the amount of carbs, and I also cooked them on the microwave how that box said and I think it was too much time because it kind of dried them. Overall I loved them definitely buying them again!

These are amazing for being protein. Kodiak knows how to make their protein foods. Great flavor and texture. Tip: cook them in the air fryer at 380° for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through. Perfection.

I love love love this breakfast protein option! I tried the waffles and they are too dry for me but these are great! I personally enjoy dipping mine in syrup but even if you’re in a rush, just grab some to go because they taste great plain too. I put mine in the air fryer on low for 5-7 mins and it gives them a nice subtle crunchy outside and soft inside. The hint of cinnamon on these is also the perfect amount.
