My dog is 1 year old and only gets bones / tough toys because she likes to chew and it great at tearing things up. Usually Kong toys hold up and she can’t completely destroy them, but that is not the case here. She completely tore the black pieces off and made her way to ripping the entire thing to shreds. Definitely not the same quality of “kong” toys I am used to having.

Worst toy yet, worse than the toys with stuffing. This toy is described to withstand tough chewers and with my dog it was destroyed within 2-3 minutes of receiving it. That’s insane. We spent what felt like hours cleaning all the black rubber pieces out of our carpet…. DO NOT recommend this at all as it could pose as a choking hazard as well!! And for $15??? Absolutely not…

If you don’t have a mouthy pittie puppy like I do, this may stand a chance with you. Unfortunately mine only last about 15 minutes before she started chewing the nubs off. It was well made and probably really great for dogs who aren’t part alligator.

This dog toy is not for those dogs/puppies that are anxious chewers. The black bumps are easily chewed off and potentially swallowed if you’re paying attention.

For this toy to have the Kong name attached to it, I’m shocked that my dog tore this apart so quickly. He had it completely shredded in under 30 mins

My German Shep decimates toys instantly. This Kong toy is perfect & he absolutely loves it. It has lasted 2 years and so far he has only been able to bite off bits of the black dots. The squeaker is not too loud but enough so to keep him entertained. Planning to buy another!

This toy lasted about 10 minutes. My dog can have a puppy or senior soft Kong got a year. This toy lasted 4 minutes. Black pieces are easy to bite off. Possibly choking for dogs. And the red “shell” just breaks apart. Nice idea for a toy. Made with garbage material.

We do not recommend this product for dogs. Our dog had it in pieces in less than 6 mins. I am apprehensive about toys usually, but kong products usually used to be made well. Definitely not this one. Do not buy this.

I relied on the KONG reputation to make a quality product but my dog chewed each of the black buttons out of this toy. It was hard to tell how this donut shaped toy was made in the store but my dog and his vet quickly explained it to me. Same yourself the hardship.

I wish i read the reviews before purchasing. in the first 20 minutes the entire red outer layer was completely removed and the black dots were also completely detached. i’m the first hour the toy is not completely in pieces and does not resemble it’s original structure. I have an American Bully puppy, 8 months, about 50 pounds. for the price point I expected something more durable. I don’t even recommend this toy for the “moderate chewer” considering the price. Instead I would purchase the KONG Classic refillable chew as it is significantly cheaper and has lasted me several months. the KONG refillable classic chew also allows for you to fill it with Squeeze treats or solid treats, allowing your dog to work for the treat inside. you also have the option to use it without adding treats and use it for play as it bounces in various ways, and still keeps them occupied. the KONG classic refillable chew toy is a better buy all around.
