A: The KONG Play Spaces Glamping Tent is packaged in a folded pop-up design that will open automatically. To close the product, you fold the two opening flaps that allow the cats to enter and then with the top hole facing upright, twist while holding the two sides compressed with each hand in an opposing direction until it reforms into the original circular shape.
