Kopari Sun Shield Body Glow - SPF 50 - Ulta Beauty

It's a thick oil with no shimmer. Greeasy, takes forever to absorb into the skin. Not shimmery on skin, it just looks like I rubbed oil on my body, nothing special. Very disappointed.

I normally don't write reviews, but for this I felt inclined to. I applied layers of this at the beach. I stayed about one hour and did not get in the water. As seen in the attached photo, I burned horribly. Very disappointing and upsetting.

I bought the Kopari Sunscreen to take on vacation to Las Vegas. I am an African American woman and it is important to me that I protect my skin. This product not only had my skin shiny and looking radiant but it smells so good. It held up in 102 F.

I really wanted to like this product but it didnt work for me I got so sun burnt and I reapplied multiple times. it does smell amazing though.

I love this stuff, it smells great, it's effective and pretty. I wish the product manager and engineers of this stuff would put a better cap on the bottle. It pops off at the slightest touch. The cap shouldn't come off in my bag, over and over again.

Loved this product ive repurchased it once alteady. Its so pretty on the skin, leaves a beautiful glossy shine, not too sparkly on fair skin. It protects my skin but still lets me tan. The only downsides are 1- the price….. 2- too oily to use on face… 3- comes off in the water if you go swimming.

This product looks so beautiful in the package, but was a HUGE disappointment when I used it! The thick consistency requires a large amount of product to properly cover your skin; then, it never dries down or soaks in, leaving an oily, sticky mess on the skin, which then proceeds to get on everything. I was so frustrated with the residue this left on my seat/bathing suit/phone screen, etc. To top it all off, I got sunburned! After being fried to a crisp, I saw where the directions say to apply 2 layers (you've got to be kidding me- ain't nobody got time for that, PLUS the first layer never dries anyways!), and to re-apply every *40 minutes* if in water. The typical time is 80 minutes. I'm giving 1 star for the only positive thing about it, the packaging. Super nice pump & perfect size to throw in your bag for travel. Otherwise, this product has completely missed the mark.

Used this product on a 70 degree beautiful day and now i have badly burned arms. Be cautious with this product or only use it on your legs.

My friend and I went to the beach and we reapplied the shnscreen all day but we both ended up getting badly sunburned, which defeats the purpose of a sunscreen. I will say the oil feels great and makes your skin feel very soft especially when you walk into the water but it defintely needs higher SPF.

But the look of the sunscreen through the bottle is beautiful. It shines and has the glitter. Can’t wait to try it. I wanted the ease of the spray with a little glam.

At first I really liked the smell, reminded me of the beach but now it literally gives me a headache. Definitely not a gel, more of an oil and it doesn't absorb well, at least not for me. I understand it's a gel spf oil, so probably the wrong product if you are looking for a moisturizing gel oil.

I’m a guy and I bought this because I wanted to have a soft glowy effect with spf. I also liked that this was an oil rather than a lotion and I liked that it has a lot of moisturizing and vitamin benefits added to it. I don’t think I would buy this again becuase you really don’t get a lot of product for the price, I feel the sun protectant aspect is a bit weak, and you really have to apply a good amount to get a glow going. I would rather buy a legit sunscreen and then find maybe a shimmery body spray or oil to layer on top of the sunscreen. The two in one idea was cool but it didn’t accomplish what I wanted from it.

I was really shocked that there seemed to be zero glow or shimmer. My regular body lotions provide 10x the glow this does. I alsk wouldnt recommend it as an all over body spf as its not that easy to spread and blend. It stays oily on your skin and doesnt absorb. I do like the smell of this though.

I really liked how nice and silky the texture is, but unfortunately it gave me rash on my legs and arms. I was hoping this product was not the reason why i got the rash. I stopped using it for 3 months. Recently i used it agian was very excited but unfortunately after 24 hours the rash came back.

I noticed the item was expired 04/2025 upon opening the box. Unfortunately, I will have to return it.

Love this stuff. It's so shiny and shimmery and smells amazing.

I love this gel! I use this immediately after showering while skin is still damp. I then apply another layer of body butter over it. I stay moisturized with a soft glow all day !

This sh*t is golden!!!! I am the only one ojt of my whole friend group tjat didnt burn on our hawaiian bacation when the UV was 10 and up! The oil is super pretty and hydrating, makes the skin glow bjt also dries down really nicely and doesnt leave a gross residue. I usually HATE oils, body oils, hair oils, etc. but this is sun shielding while also giving me that beautiful tan, coral/ocean safe! And overall incredible. Just buy it babe
