I have a variety of silicon trays so I am familiar with different types. You can use this for making ice cubes but the small ones are a little small. The best use of this tray is for making chocolates. Just melt some pieces of chocolate (double boiler or microwave or special chocolate pot), pour into the molds, tap the tray to remove air bubbles and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. R2 chocolate pieces.

I got this to bake a small cake in. According to the packaging it was safe up to something like 466F, so no problem to bake a cake at 350. It worked great, and I've used it for ice, too!

Item description is misleading, I purchased with intentions of baking with this item and when looking at the packaging after receiving item it warns to keep away from heat because it will cause form to misshapen.
