Like a colored pencil on your eye! Ouch!!!
Product does not apply ANY color to the skin. Not the eye, not the back of your hand, nothing!!! It works on paper, like a colored pencil. I think this product makes for a very good colored pencil. Does not work as an eye liner!!

I used the tester of this Pearl in the store, with no intent of actually spending this much on a pencil (yes I am cheap). I went about my day, washing my hand several times and was shocked how much stayed! So I debated and finally decided to splurge on it, thinking how great this is it will be worth it. The color is bright and fantastic. The problem is getting it on. It will not stick to your eyelid if you have powder eyeshadow already on. I mean you can grind this into your skin and it will not go on. It's not great on clean or dry skin either. You have to have moisturizer or oil or oily skin. Also the tip is not sharp at all. It has a screw up type pencil, not the kind you sharpen. It will be rounded and dull very quickly. I still don't think I could get a beautiful pearly white like this with something cheaper but it is kind of disappointing.

Total waste of money
If I could give this 0 stars I would. The product was broken when I opened it. It wasn’t a target issue, the box was perfectly sealed. I managed to get the liner back into the container but it doesn’t work. Idk if the product is too dry but I couldn’t even get it to mark the back of my hand without applying A LOT of pressure and even then it was barely visible. The worst make up product I’ve ever purchased

DO NOT BUY! When this item arrived the entire pigment stick was stuck to the cap and came right out of the pencil. After putting it back in the pencil and attempting to swatch, the pigment was too dried out to even swatch. Not worth the money and have yet to be refunded after sending the product back weeks ago. Do not waste your time or money on this product!
