Like a colored pencil on your eye! Ouch!!!
Product does not apply ANY color to the skin. Not the eye, not the back of your hand, nothing!!! It works on paper, like a colored pencil. I think this product makes for a very good colored pencil. Does not work as an eye liner!!

Bad quality
I got this eyeliner in the colors Radium Green and Uranium Orange and both were unusable. They wouldn't apply color on my eye no matter how many times I went over it and how hard I pressed so I tried writing with them on paper and still nothing. 0 color! I don't know if they were dried out or what but the fact that 2 different colors gave me the same results makes me suspicious.

Worst eyeliner I've ever used
This eyeliner deposits no color. It is completely dry and only works if I press it with all of my might and drag it along the back of my hand. On my eyelid it does nothing. Maybe this one is old? Anyway, never buying this brand again.

Terrible- doe not glode
If I could rate this a zero it would be more accurate. The product DOES NOT GLIDE onto the eyelid AT ALL. Returned this item to the store and an Ulta employee was equally dumbfounded once she tried it for herself to see.

Wish I could have tried it
I couldn't wait to try it! The eyeliner pencil does not work. It won't come off on my eye. I even tried it on my hand. Nothing... I tried putting it under my blow dryer thinking heat would activate it. Still nothing... It's the strangest thing I've ever experienced with an eyeliner pencil. I guess it's dried out? I don't know? I really want to try the product so, I will buy again in hopes it works. I can't truly rate the product until I can really try it...

Don't get me wrong it works great the first week after purchase. I've purchased a few shades and the black one worked for about a month before drying out and becoming unusable. I was so disappointed 😞

I had been on the hunt for a good eye liner & figuredid give it a try. Well by the title im sure you can guess what happened, when i first went to use it on my water line there was nothing. So i tried on my lower & still nothing, i had to drawn on my hand so hard to even get any kinda line, i knew that i wasnt gunna get any eyeliner without pressing hard & it wasnt even worth it to me. I was so mad & upset expecting so much better. L

Worst eyeliner purchase ever! i was loking for a fun electric blue. I never even got to try the product, it was dry upon receiving and even cutting the tip and warming it up, nothing. Useless, don't buy!

Trooper black is the best
I've had a few of these eyeliner sticks and from my personal experience other than the trooper black they suck. really dry and terrible on the water line. Trooper black? Devine! idk what it is but it glides on so smooth and stays put. I reallllly wish the brown, white, and blue I got had the same formula
