I used to LOVE this product because of its clean lovely scent, but they must have changed the formula because it no longer smells the same. I’m very disappointed in this product now, as the scent was the biggest reason that it was my favorite. I’ll no longer be using this product.

New formula ruined my skin
I used to love this! Never ran out, gifted it all the time etc... the new formula burned my face so bad that I never recovered. It's been about a year now multiple doctors many treatments and my face is now SO sensitive! It's dry like weathered leather, red, itchy and burns if I put anything on it other than some medicated prescription cream/gells or aquaphor. I went from having glowing 28 year old skin to 55 year old sun damaged skin in one week. Please do not buy this.

“New” formula is caustic
I purchased this once before the new formula and I loved it (old formula) bought new formula today and my face has been burning and itching from one use! I am so dissapointed since I thought I had found a reasonably priced great product for my dry skin. Why fix something that wasn’t broke ? I am returning it and getting my money back and moving on in my search for a decent product. FYI I am 65 and have never had a moisturizer cause this kind of irritation. Big mistake L oreal

Hate the new formula!!
Ive been buying this cream for many years. I loved the way it made my skin feel soft and dewy. The new formula is horrible! It smells terrible and irritated my face after applying. If the original formula and scent isn’t brought back i am no longer going to purchase ever again! Why do companies have to change a good thing. Very disappointed!
