I have been a loyal user of this product for 20 years! I've told everyone that I use it and recommended it to so many people. I've always said it's the reason that I still look like I'm in my 40s even though I'm almost 60. But whatever you've done to this new formula is terrible! All of the other reviews that say this are correct. The scent is disgusting — smells like watermelon candy. And the formulation is not nearly as creamy as it used to be as others have said it now causes skin irritation where previously it sooth. I can only think that some "genius "within the organization decided to use cheaper ingredients and think we all wouldn't notice. It's really too bad that you took a product that was so excellent And had so many benefits for my skin and clearly had a huge following and you ruined it.

Bought the “new formula” it caused so much irritation ( red rash, welts and massive burning) after just one application. From reading other reviews it’s a pretty common complaint. The scent and texture is awful too. Why would they change a product that was perfect for so many loyal customers? If the change was to save money or should I say make more money why not just raise the price of the original? I’m sure your loyal customers would much rather spend a little more versus having to find a new product and losing a lot of business.

I agree with many others here who have used this cream for many years. The previous cream was so cushiony on my skin and made it so soft. I used it about 5 minutes ago, and my face feels sticky. I don’t care for the new scent either.

Used previous formula for years. It appeared to keep wrinkles away and skin clear. Unfortunately, the new formula contains something that irritates my skin an eyes. Why mess with a product that had such a huge following unless the new formula is less expensive to produce? It’s so very sad.

I am mid-40s and have not had acne or blemishes in 20+ years. I purchased this creme on a whim and what a mistake! When I opened it, I did notice a strong perfume smell that I did not expect however, I went ahead and applied it anyhow (terrible mistake). Within an hour, my left eye started to burn and when I looked in the mirror, I realized that I my cheeks and forehead were completely inflamed and over the next few hours, I had bumps all over my skin. It was horrible. Do yourself a favor and just try something else.

It’s cheap and moisturizes well. I don’t know about the plumping or any collagen effects. I don’t really expect this from moisturizers and if products do that, it would be something if it did at the price point. Anything that doesn’t cause me breakouts is a win. I now look for cheaper options after using expensive products for years. I use to need them but I don’t anymore more because as I have aged I don’t need the drying acne products. The areas around my eyes, especially, suffered. Now that I have gotten to where I am more normal* this has worked very well with maintaining my skin. Also works very well under makeup. Doesn’t make my foundation slide* or change the how it goes on my skin. Beat price on here as ir usually has a clippy in addition to the low price. So I would give it a perfect 5 but it promises to do something more than it does, so 5 would be misleading as to delivering on everything.

I'm a sixty three year old male. I look pretty good for my age due to a nutrient dense diet, prioritizing sleep and regular, light exercise. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the results the first time I used it. My skin has an overall improved appearance. It absolutely seems healthier, younger and just fresher!!! Mature skin can really look dreadful and old on overcast days. This superb cream really is a "secret weapon" for those conditions... I also shared this cream with a male relative in his seventies who is an executive and still working who was thrilled with the results! This dense cream fully absorbed quickly and does not produce shininess.

The previously formula was perfect - smelled divine, felt luxurious and worked beautifully….why did it change? I will be disposing of the full jar…so disappointed!
