I have been a L’Oreal buyer for decades and had high hopes for THIS particular product. And although it made my long hair feel “decent”… it came with a cost. And by cost, we mean painful 2nd to 3rd degree burns FROM the product. Thinking I was overreacting and had used it wrong, I asked around, did research and learned that this is a COMMONLY KNOWN ISSUE. And others have reported the same issue I had, with photos, and their photos were near IDENTICAL to what happened to me. So overall, not worth the agonizing pain, itching, weeping and burning of the skin.

This stuff has saved my hair so many times. I’m a busy working mom and don’t have time to get my hair cut - I go maybe twice a year. So the split ends are real. This stuff makes me feel like I just got a blow out. It’s amazing. I have very thin, fine hair too so I am super picky about what I can use.

Since my daughter tried it and her friends, told me, I couldn't wait! I bought it yesterday, an ran home to use it!!! Omg! It is wonderful!!!! Insane!! This a staple in my hair routine and I’ll never stop buying it. Makes my hair so shiny and smooth. Smells AMAZING and the scent lasts. Blowouts are much quicker after using this and yield better results. Everytime I use this my hair feels like I’ve just gotten a professional gloss treatment. I use it every 2-3 days along with Eva NYC pink hair mask, you don’t need as much as the bottle tells you.

Impressed. I have very fine hair and this product does not weigh my hair down, it makes it extra soft and smooth. Love that it takes seconds in the shower unlike other treatments that you should leave in for 3-5 mins. The product is very thin and goes on super easy. Smells great. I was looking for something, anything that would help my dry, crunchy and horrid looking hair. I saw the reviews for this water product, yeah, water (I thought), but decided to try it anyway. I was very skeptical when purchasing this product. I immediately came home and tried the product out. I am very highly satisfied with the outcome. My hair was very dry and damaged. I feel like my hair is finally healthy again. I will be using this again until I am completely satisfied with how my hair feels. But I was very impressed which is the first time use.
