Q: is this vegan? it says vegan in the description, but in the ingredients list, there is "Stearalkonium Bentonite" which (according to google) "contains Stearic Acid and chemically altered Tallow" both have the potential to be from animal sources

It’s exactly as advertised, glossy and quick drying. The quick drying really just means that it quickly forms a decent “crust” so you can start to go about using your hands again. For it to fully fully dry, it depends on how many layers are underneath it. I usually have a base coat and two layers of color under the top coat. At 30 minutes it’s pretty darn dry and after an hour it’s very solid. BUT I will say, across all brands I’ve used, if I start cooking (being around high heat) or doing things with a lot of pressure on my hands, the polish will move. It’s just the nature of nail polish. If it’s thick and gloopy that means it’s old! Not necessarily the fault of the formula. Sorry to those who got a bad bottle, cause this stuff is pretty great!

You have to apply several coats to get a full coverage and even then it still is splotchy and clumpy. After a few hours it was"dry" but it was chipping all over the place even without touching anything. I spent a lil more and bought a non toxic brand Nails Inc that was a night and day difference!

Color is cute, but it does not dry whatsoever. Even after waiting 10 minutes in between coats. I had 4 layers of polish, sat for an hour to completely dry. After an hour, I went to wash my hands, and the polish chipped and smudged. The only positive is that it was easy to take off with nail polish remover, but I still wasted nearly two hours painting and waiting to dry.

I applied one coat, waited and waited for it to dry. Then applied second coat for solid color. Gel was gooey and would not dry or set. Even after 2 hours the polish was not set and I could scrape it off with my finger nail. I want my money back.

This is the best gel-like polish I have used to date. The black is amazing and ries quickly; you can paint a clear coat, 2 coats of black (which is what is recommened for solid color without streaks) and a top coat and be out the door wihin 30 minutes. I also have the hot pink, which is perfect for spring and summer. I recommend using a high gloss top coat; the black polish is about 75% shinny, I add Out The Door in 60 seconds and it brings the shine up to 100% I do my nails Thursdays and the polish will last about 10 days, so that's 2 weekends worth) Did I mention it is also a great price!

As a kitchen worker, professional gel manicures usually start to chip around 1 to 2 days. To my surprise, this gel-like polish has lasted 3 to 4 days before chipping. Goes on thick, and dries fairly quick. Definitely going to try more colors.
