Not as good as the formula without the + sign!!
I have been using Cicaplast B5 for a long time, and have loved it. I apply over my nightly moisturizer to lock in the benefits and always wake up with beautiful skin. I recently ordered a refill, and received the Cicaplast B5 +. It is nowhere near the same as the original B5 and will not work for me. It's thinner, doesn't lock in moisture, and not as calming for my skin. Please, please bring back the B5 version!!!

Great Overnight Moisturizer
Really like as a night time moisturizer. It is too greasy and heavy for me to use during the day but love wearing at night. I wake up and my skin feels moisturized and plump.

I like B5, but not B5+
I’ve beeb using B5 cream for years and love it! It’s my savior whenever my skin acts up. But recently got a new tube when my old one ran out, turned out its different texture and didn’t work the same as before. Noticed it’s B5+. Although the ingredients looks the same but something changed. It doesn’t calm my skin like the old formula. Please don’t discontinue the old formula!!!

Burns
Was hoping this would help my extreme dry and flaky face. I lather on as many moisturizers as possible before makeup to still have peeling. A friend recommended this at night over a gentle moisturizer and swore by it. I put it on over my normal lotion and it immediately burned!!! My skin is very sensitive and most things burn but I didn’t expect this to. I kept it on with hopes it would help my dryness by morning. The next day my skin was dryer than usual and more inflamed than normal. Very disappointed as it’s an expensive product and I had high hopes but my skin just didn’t agree

Thrilled With Results From Citaplast Balm B5!
Initially I purchased this product thinking it might possibly help with Rosacea. I had been using another cream, and I mistakenly used that cream under this one. After a while I thought, why not try the Laroche-Posay Citaplast one again- by itself? So I did and I can honestly say in a matter of less than five days I see a visible difference. Literally a night and day experience and I am thrilled!

Healing Ointment
Scratched myself on the face by accident after a recent chemo treatment. My skin was super dry. I applied this product to my face for 3 days in a row and you cant even tell there was a scratch. Thank you for making products that are fragrance as well as oncology approved.

I used this thick emollient cream on the dry skin by my mouth and nose. It was very effective. I usually use vaseline or aquafor on those spots but this was better.

Wonderful for slight irritation or dryness
I had radiation for a small skin cancer on my arm. The radiation tech suggested I use this on the area to help it heal and gave me a sample to try. I’ve since bought it several times and love the results not only on my arm with the radiation (which healed beautifully), but on other areas that were either dry or irritated.
