This cream cleanser hydrates skin and is gentle enough to use daily, both morning and night. This stuff doesn’t lather and does not remove makeup well at all. I honestly wondered if they sent me the wrong product bc it doesn’t cleanse - leaves my face feeling like I just rubbed lotion on it. Very disappointed.

It should be illegal for companies to reformulate and not notify customers. A couple months ago La Roche Posay quietly added the following ingredients: CITRIC ACID, TRISODIUM ETHYLENEDIAMINE DISUCCINATE PANTHENOLPENTYLENE GLYCOL ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN CHLORPHENESIN Chlorphenesin in particular is known for causing reactions in people with sensitive skin. Seriously, check the recent reviews of acutally verified purchases and you'll see a bunch of people talking about how it irritated their skin. It's crazy that they can just sell this under the same label and keep the star ratings when this is now a different product all together.

I bought this on a whim since I ran out of my previous cleanser and now I use this cleanser daily! It is smooth and keeps my skin feeling smooth and clean after a long day. I like that it does not really have a scent so it does not burn when it gets in your eyes It definitely lasts a long time too being in such a large bottle.

Gentle, non-comedogenic cleanser. I used this as my daily cleanser for years, but it was not strong enough for my acne issues. My dermatologist recommended the effaclar line as it has salicylic acid, but I still really enjoyed this cleanser!

It leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and not stripped at all which is a big plus for my sometimes dry/sensitive skin. It’s super gentle and doesn’t irritate, even around the eyes. The bottle is a decent size. Ingredients doesn’t seem too harsh. I also like that there isnt really a scent. The only thing I didn’t love is that it doesn’t foam up, and I personally prefer a bit of lather when I wash my face. But other than that, it’s a great cleanser for my morning and night skincare routine!
