As a recent chemo patient who's still dealing with side effects of chemo my hands peel and dry out pretty bad from daily washing especially in cold weather. This helps soothe my skin especially my hands and really helps keep moisture in place (I combine with a castor oil if and when needed) it's a bit pricey but a little goes a long way so definitely worth the cost imo

The only thing that works for dry winter skin
This is the only moisturizer that works for my super dry face due to cold winter air. I don’t recommend wearing it under makeup unless you use a TINY bit because your foundation will break apart and look messy since it’s more on the greasy side. I use this in the morning and at night after washing my face, and sometimes throughout the day if I start to feel any dryness. I have minor acne, but haven’t noticed any clogged pores or crazy breakouts from using this.

Despite the shea butter, died out my oily skin!
Esthetician here. I assumed the shea butter would be occlusive enough to keep my skin supple but my face felt tight afterwards. For reference, I use a non foaming gentle hydrating cleanser so this should not happen. I prefer the bioderma Atoderm cream. NOTHING compares to that.

The product is great. I absolutely love how creamy it is and the staying power is amazing. The packaging, though, am I right? First up, the nozzle is too short. A person can barely get their hand under it because it’s too close to the bottle. Then the issue getting product out of the bottom feels like a trick to get us to repurchase sooner. Look at the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream tub design for inspiration.

Great mostuizer for dry skin
My favorite moisturizer for dry skin. I have been using this while on accutane and have not had any dryness. It is thick and leaves your skin looking shiny after so if that isn’t what you like in a moisturizer, then I don’t recommend this one. It is a little pricey but it’s a big bottle and lasts a while. I also love that it comes in a 3oz size perfect for traveling. My only complaint with the product is that since it is so thick, once is gets towards the end of the bottle, the pump stops working and you have to tip the bottle over to use the last of the product.

This lotion was recommended to me by my Dermatologist, I did not like this lotion as it is extremely thick and tacky does not absorb into my skin and leave me feeling coated instead of moisturized.

Deeply hydrating moisturizer. Worked perfectly on the body after shower, with long-lasting hydration. I use it on my face after retinol and works wonders. It does feel a bit dense, so I wouldn’t recommend it as an everyday moisturizer unless you have very dry skin.

Awesome cream, so-so pump
I love this cream! I have a chronic skin condition and sun damage on my arms, legs, back -- everywhere! This cream make it feel like normal skin. My only wish is that it came in a jar with a wide mouth. The pumps work only for awhile before the thickness of the cream won't pump any more.

Love product, broken pump this time
Love the product, this is my second time purchasing and I will be back for more. The reason for the two stars off is that the pump on this bottle doesn’t work at all. I can’t decide if I want to return or just try to get the product out somehow. Either way pretty disappointed this time around, but like I said I would still purchase again! The product is deeply hydrating and doesn’t seem to bother my sensitive skin/rosacea one bit! I reach for this before bed and in colder months, and usually keep something lighter around for summer/right before makeup application.
