Held out hopes this product would elevate an excess troubleshot on my cheek, unfortunately it did not. Very similar ingredients as another manufacturer’s but has not produced the results I would expect.

Love this cream for my dry skin! I don’t suffer from eczema however I do get intense dry patches in winter and this has absolutely saved my skin. It’s a thick texture that’s not overly sticky or heavy feeling and works instantly to soothe my skin while adding hydration. If you had any skin conditions this would be amazing for you.

Nice and rich face cream for eczema prone skin. Not too heavy but it is thick. Works quick and great under makeup. Scent free which is a plus. Wish it came in a pump bottle but a squeeze bottle will do

This is one of my favorite products, I have had eczema on my hands on and off over the years and this stuff is amazing. It is so hydrating and healing but never greasy. It sinks in and feels so soothing on irritated skin.

I think La Roche makes great products. It goes on smooth and dry. Doesn't have a medicine/ chemical smell.

I have both rosacea and eczema and was excited to try this product to help calm my skin, especially given the "seal of approval" from the National Eczema Foundation. However, I was extremely disappointed - my face turned bright red and remained so until I took it off. To my surprise, I read the ingredients more closely and saw that one of the main ingredients in mineral oil, which is horrible for skin like mine, and paraffin. Product is being immediately returned and I honestly don't think I can ever buy a La Roche-Posey product again due to this experience. I expected so much more from such a reputable brand.

I have eczema on my eye lids and it works amazing calming it down. I used to use a combination of the corticosteroid eczema cream + eucerin skin calming lotion on my eye lids and found I would have to reapply it multiple times throughout the day. It would work, but would sometimes sting. This lotion doesn’t make my face sting, hasn’t broken my face out applying it and has calmed the redness on my eyelids down. My eyelids were really dry to the point where they cracked during the winter. During this summer, they would just be really dry where it looks like I have reddish/brown eyeshadow. It’s thick, but not Vaseline thick. It leaves moisturized glow on my face, and isn’t uncomfortable either. I don’t feel it despite it being thick. A little definitely goes a long way. I’ve only used it for 2 full days now, only for my skin care routine, and it’s enough for me.

Didnt help my eczema, which is against the sun and only occurs when it's hot out. My skin gets bumpy and very itchy and this cream didnt helo with itch.
