Eat dairy again!
This product has changed my husband's life. He was skipping all the dairy and now he just pops one of these and is good to go. No stomach issues to regret later. He did say there is a small amount of aftertaste but does not compare with being able to enjoy dairy again.

Super useful for the lactose intolerant people!
A good amount of caplets per packaging. These are my go to for when I go out to eat as a lactose intolerant girly! They’re pretty dry but with water go down easy and last at least 2 hours for me! Dairy is no longer an issue for me !

Taste good
LACTAID texture smoothing with vanilla and chocolate. It’s doesn’t have side effect for me. The formulation n the box . And there ingredients is milk vanilla and chocolate. And it’s easy to swallow it. And speed is easy to eat.

Like these fast acting chewables--they do a great job of helping me deal with my lactose intolerance. They work fast, easy to absorb. Love that they are chewable, I prefer chewable supplements when I can find them. Tasted good, no terrible aftertaste. I use these Lactaid chewables when I need them. Handy to have around if you have an intolerance to dairy. Couldn't ask for a better, fast-acting medicine. Highly recommend.

These work really well for me when I know I’m about to have dairy. I usually take one right before eating and it helps a lot with bloating and stomach discomfort. They work pretty fast and are easy to swallow, which I appreciate. Everyone’s different, but these have definitely been a go-to for me when I don’t want to skip dairy.

Work well, but taste could be improved
This works very well for my daughter, who is lactose intolerant. No one in my family is fond of the taste, but it is worth it for the relief it provides when eating dairy products. The fact that each chewable is individually wrapped makes it easy to have on-hand in my purse when we are out and about.

Effective from the first use
As someone that’s lactose intolerant, dairy heavy or dairy forward foods can cause me a lot of stomach pain. My husband convinced me to try lactaid and it literally worked from the first use! It’s easy to take with whatever I have t drink along with my food, and they come in easy packaging to keep in my purse or in a coffee table drawer at home. It’s been a game changer and allows me to eat dairy based foods again!

Hit or miss?
I’m only giving this 3 stars because when it works it’s fine, but other times it does nothing at all. I haven’t been able to figure out if it’s the timing of taking it, or if it’s just not always effective, but I guess it’s worth a shot, it won’t make things worse for you!
