Although was a little drying so I recommend exfoliating your lips and moisturizing a little before wearing it for a long period of time!

Absolutely love this lipstick. My introduction to this product was when a mini came is a gift with purchase. I was hesitant, due to it being a matte lipstick, and so many of those are very drying. This product however applied easily and smoothly. It stayed on for a long time, and when I ate, yes some came off, but in a way that didn't leave a bold ugly ring around my lips. And it didn't feel drying either. French Cashmere is my go to ,as I love reds and its a warm red (like red mixed with a earthy terracotta), French touch is my second (red with orange) and Frenemy is my rare "I wanna wear nude today" even though its not actually nude, its close enough for me lol.

This one glides on smoothly, feels so comfortable on my lips, and gives that soft matte finish without any tightness. The shade is stunning and honestly perfect fall!!

It has a soft matte finish, it is not extremely drying like some matte products can be but it can cling to dry patches a little bit. The shade Unfiltered Brown is beautiful, it looks more brown in person than in pictures. It can be built up for a bold look or softly sheered out for a more wearable color where the red and pink tones are more visible. The packaging itself is also fun, it has a click to open mechanism that is very satisfying to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First offer, im not a huge lipstick fan, I've always been more of a colored lip balm person, as I dont tend to like the texture or feel of lipsticks. But I received this to try and give my honest opinion of it and I might have converted to lipsticks now . This one is not thick or heavy or feels like something is blocking my lips or I dont get fearful of it getting on my teeth and looking weird. The packaging is awesome and love that it cant lose its top if its stored in my bag (which I tend to do as Im anmother with 3 kids and love to just throw things in a bag and go). Its a click top thst feels secure. Also, the shade compliments my pale skin or tan skin so I dont need to worry about buying a different color depending on what season Im in! Really happy with this lipstick I will definitely try out a darker tone for nights out.

I love the scent - it's pleasant and not a typical "chemical smell." The color seems very neutral in the tube but went on a little orange-red, which is why I rated it four stars, along with the spring-loaded case, which seems gimmicky, unnecessary, and prone to failure.

Love the component- it feels luxurious and expensive with a push button. Only little thing is that while I'm sure it's supposed to be rose scented, it smells like baby powder to me which is not my favorite scent to be putting on my lips. The scent fades quickly though. Lancome sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program.
