Q: We are trying to replace the batteries but we can not open the compartment for the batteries. Which way do you turn the screwdriver? Neither clockwise or counter clockwise seems to be working for us.
A: Hi NycAunty. When taking the batteries out, you need to put push down and put pressure while you turn the screwdriver to the left to unscrew the battery compartment. The Battat Team
