I use this bag as my commuter bag. There's room for everything I need. However, after a year of use, the cotton webbing strap has basically shredded! This isn't the level of quality and durability I expect from Lands End.

Had for two weeks and stitching is coming out. I would not recommend. If I would have read the review that was posted after my purchase I would have listened. Not worth it and not an easy fix at home. Got it customized so no way to replace. Disappointed.

I love this bag so much so it hurts to say that I don't think I'll be able to repurchase. I use this as my everyday work bag and it took 2 months for the stitching to come undone. Since I personalized it, it's final sale and nothing can be done to fix it. Since the stitching is so thick I'm unable to repair it myself. Seems like a waste of money to try and replace it with the same item if this will most likely be the end result.
