A: Not considered sheer, however, most likely when wet you can see through the fabric. Designed to be worn over your swimsuit. If worn as a shirt, we recommend wearing same color or neutral colored undergarment.

I have several Lands End rash guards. I'm petite but got this long torso shirt to wear over a pair of board shorts at the water park. The extra length worked great and no riding up. No sunburn too! Love it.

I have purchased many of these shirts, both short and long sleeves. Prints, Stripes, Solids .... got a bunch. I wear them mostly as casual tops, and sometimes for sun protection, say at a beach. Cute style, always looks nice, pretty colors, love the elbow length short sleeve. They wash and dry beautifully, wrinkle free. I wear a size Small, am 125#, 5'4"

The color is nice navy. I love these Women Crew Neck Elbow length rash guard. Very comfortable. I wear an xs and own about 6 of these. They are not tight on me. I normally would choose a small but looking at pictures of others that had a small on I decided a small was too big for my liking. I like it form fitting and not totally baggy. I wear size 6 in pants so I am on the small side. The washing instructions for the rash guards shirts are hand wash/line dry which is not an issue because I feel they would be easy to do. I have not washed one yet
