Love these! Very glad I bought these for my beach trip. They are flattering even in the large size (2X), and the length is nice. They wash well and air dry quickly.

I actually have 4 pair of these swim shorts. Two in black and two in fun colors. I love them because they are very comfortable and hide alot of lumps and bumps that I have in that area. I wear an 18w and they run very close to size and the stretch is good if you gain or lose a little weight. I highly recommend these and they have POCKETS.

Comfortable and perfect! These were exactly what I needed for tubing down the river! It made me feel put together because the shorts matched my bathing suit. I am so glad I bought these.

These look nice and fit well but they don't dry quickly at all, so you're sitting in wetness all day. Not ideal.

I love these shorts for swimming and water aerobics. Stay in place.

Pros: these are a nice, well-made, sturdy and comfortable material. I ordered a size 4, as I am usually a 2 or 4, and they fit well. Cons: although the fit was good, it wasn't flattering. The elastic waist puckered and emphasized my belly pooch. Also, as a visually impaired person who has trouble seeing details in the photos, it was very frustrating to find upon getting these that they have the 80s style dolphin hem which I do not at all like, and nowhere in the fit and style, product details, or specifications sections was this mentioned. SMH.

The waistband on the board shorts was a different turquoise color than the rest of it

Love these for water exercise. Not as matronly as some swim dresses and skirts but great coverage.

I bought to wear in a warm-water exercise pool. They fit nicely and don't ride up with movement. When it's summer in TX, they dry quickly and I wear them home for the rest of the day.

These fit true to size. I wear these over my one piece suit because I like the coverage they provide, but they are usually worn as separates. I love the way they fit, and how quickly they dry.

Love these swim shorts! Been using them in the pool but they definitely need a beach vacation.

I bought two pair of the shorts as swimsuit bottoms for a recent tropical beach trip where I basically needed to be in swimwear all day. For reference, wear a size 18W in Lands End Jeans, 230lbs, 5'6, 55 years old, "mom bod". I bought the 20W because my old 20W all-lycra L.E. swim shorts in that size fit well. These seemed to fit well when dry, not too tight but not flappy loose either. Thank goodness these had an adjustable elastic waist tie or beeachgoers would have seen waayy more than they wanted to as I exited the ocean. Pro tip: tie them up tight even if you don't think you need to. I found the side pockets unbecoming, unnecessary, and unused. I tried to use the little waist pocket to hold my resort towel card and room key (the size of a credit card, not unreasonable) but they didn't fit and popped out. It would definitely be better to have a little flap for this pocket to keep things in. BUT, the reason I gave these quick dry swim shorts only 3 stars is they never dried. Out of the water, dried excess with a towel, layed in the tropical sun, stood in the tropical breeze, basked in the tropical heat for hours and they were STILL WET. Hung them to dry overnight. Still wet. The old lycra ones dried faster. Lands End, these need some work.

I am 150lbs and thanks to menopause, I carry my weight in my belly and hip area. I bought an 8 in these. I got them on but they were too tight. I would need at least a 10 in these. I think they might be really cute in the right size but they do crinkle and make noise. I don’t know if I will bother with exchanging them. I may just return them .

I’ve also got the longer shorts but when I saw these I had to grab a couple. On really hot days those few inches higher makes a difference.

These would have been perfect swim shorts if they'd been designed without pockets. There is a very stiff seam right above the side vent that sticks out and looks very unbecoming. Who desires bulky pockets in swimwear? It's not as though we need to load up for a hike. Swimwear should fit as sleek as possible, and unless they're cargo board shorts, pockets don't belong in women's swimwear.

I like the shorts and how they fit bit while wearing them for the first time I got a little bit of sunscreen on them and now the stain won’t come out.

Very comfortable and not see through! Perfect modest length without being all the way to your knees
