    What’s happened

    I ordered a pair of these pants this morning before I realized they are the same ones. I had ordered a couple months ago and had to return. They were at least 6 inches too long. I am more than disappointed in lands end as of recent days. It’s impossible to reach a human and the wait time is extreme for a phone call back or to chat. Whatever happened to those wonderful ladies that used to answer the phone? They were so comforting and helpful. I have been a Lands End customer for many many years. I find that the personal service is all gone. The quality of some of the products have been really cheapened. I’m just missing how nice it used to be. Goodbye.

    Made for tall only

    Now Ive seen everything. These pants were 44 inches top to bottom hem. I am 5'2". Put up next to me they came to my upper chest under my collar bone. I expected some sewing needed to shorten them but this is crazy. Regular is the new tall? Also the material is thin and flimsy. Not like my sports knit Capri I bought this summer. Back they go! Beware!

    TOO large

    I have purchased several articles of clothing in the past and just recently and find quality is great but sizing is too large. Your guide as to size I should where is not accurate. This has happend too many times, and I will no longer purchase clothing.

    The material on these pants was terrible, thin, and very cheap feeling. I ordered the size I usually wear, and they were HUGE. And then, had to pay to return them. Ugh.

    Disappointed!

    I liked the pecan color so I ordered a pair in my usual sport knit pants size. They are huge. The bottom of the pants go over my shoes on to the floor. The pants are too big all over. The fabric is very thin. I am disappointed with my purchase.

    Fit not consistent

    Two pair in the same size, two different colors and yet two completely different fits. The gray fits great except it shrunk in length on the first wash so it’s too short. The navy swallows me up in length and width. They are comfy but I only wear them around the house because of the terrible fit.

    Sizing way off

    Love the softness of the fabric, but sizing was at least two sizes too big!! I purchased according to the guidelines, but NOT. Set 31 inch but it had to be more like 34-35. By that time decided I didn’t need them.

    Horrid lumpy pants

    I thought I finally had a nice pair of black stretchy pants. These are horrible! They run huge and are a thick lumpy shape. I would have returned them but I had already wasted them. Waste of money.

    Weird pockets

    The pockets on these pants are poorly constructed. The pockets pull away from the pants making the sides of the pants stick out. Probably okay if you are wearing a long shirt that covers that area, but I returned all 4 pairs that I purchased.

    Quality sinking fast

    I agree with the reviewer who said "bring back the original one". I loved these pants and have them in so many different colors, but I noticed a huge change in quality over the past two years. Actually, I've noticed a change in quality of many other Land's End products, and it's a shame. I used to be proud to wear something from Land's End--I used to have a lightweight jacket with Land's End embroidered on it, and I was proud to wear it among my very diverse group of friends, everyone from teachers to lawyers...all recognized and admired Land's End products. That has changed recently. It's a shame. Same with sweaters--I ordered two rather pricey sweaters, same size, different colors, and one of them had sleeves in two different lengths. Land's End quality control is very lacking, and it's a shame, because Land's End once was a brand I was proud to wear. You need to do better.

    Getting back to Basics

    Love these pants, dress them up or down, look good. what happened to the few patterned sport knits you released few years back. they were very attractive. The quality also has changed. I wear these in different colors constantly, but don't fix things that aren't broken. You have improved quality recently, please go back to basics, it was your best!!!!

    Nice, but need a tad bit more length

    I really like these pants for roaming around the home and vacations. But even the longs are a bit short. LE used to have so many wonderful long things but it seems that Tall or Long isn't long anymore.

    Comfortable and fits well

    I own several pairs of these sport knit pants. Very comfortable. Elastic waist fits well. Side pockets are deep enough for a phone -although it messes up the line. I like the tall size. Dryer does shrink the legs maybe an inch. Perfect length for me.
