The frozen sealed bag may also be placed in a bowl of warm tap water; please never use extremely hot or boiling water on a stove top. DO NOT microwave the milk to defrost, as this process may destroy nutrients in the milk, and create “hot spots” that would be dangerous to baby.

Additionally, you can conveniently pump directly into Lansinoh® Breastmilk Storage Bags which are compatible with a Lansinoh pump or with most other standard neck pumps. In order to pump directly into other standard neck pumps, a Breastmilk storage Adapter is required. This item can be purchased separately. The Adapter is compatible with most Medela®, Ameda®, Evenflow® or other standard neck pumps.
