This is the second time I’ve ordered this lamp through drive up. The first time the shade was really dirty so we processed a refund since the location was out of stock. I went ahead and placed another drive up order at a different location. The lamp is broken I didn’t notice at first because the worker placed it in my car but I checked it out (probably out of excitement) and it’s broken. Now I have to go inside the store (drive return is not allowed for this item) to get a refund. I chose drive up because not all of us are able to go into the store. Just disappointed with my experience trying to get this lamp, otherwise it’s a nice lamp.
