Q: Hello, does it include an arm and clamp which allows it to attach the ladder to any tree or lean it against a wall?

Q: Is there a troubleshooting guide? Our Santa worked great for a couple weeks, but now does not climb up or down. The lights are on and the music plays, Santa just doesn't move.

Got him on sale during Black Friday but opened Santa up today to set him up and right out of the box does NOT climb. He is so cute but nothing we have tried has worked. No more in stock this late, so he’s going back to the North Pole.

Love this Santa because he’s adorable. Some of the Santas for these on amazon were creepy. You can turn the volume up very loud and hear it through your home or very low. It plays a bunch of different well known Christmas tunes. You can hear the hydraulics of his legs moving but over all so precious

Just picked up from target and set up, so I can’t comment on longevity (hence the 4 stars). So far it’s super cute and my kids love him. It plays music, but you can have him climb without the music too. The only thing I would say is that his Christmas tree bar is made with a full size tree in mind. The bar adjusts to go longer (a really nice feature for larger trees), but I have it as short as it will go and it sticks out of my pencil tree. This does not bother me, but just a fyi. Would be nice if it adjusted for pencil tree sizes too.

Super cute and fun addition to the playroom tree! At first I was having trouble with Santa climbing but then re-read the directions and the ladder cannot be too flat or too steep or he won’t climb, after I fixed that he’s been climbing non stop. Look forward to bringing this out every Christmas and bonus that I got it at half off!
