Bought this after christmas 2022 when Target had their sale. This is the second christmas we used it and it’s stopping on us. So cute in theory but doesn’t last.

This is our 3rd Christmas with this Santa. He is now starting to give out. The music and lights are fine, but he randomly quits climbing and he’s much louder and slower now than he used to be. I’ve tried taking off his little jacket to see if I could get some things oiled in there and there’s no way to take apart the suit to work on him without damaging the Santa or ruining the outfit. It would be great if there was a way to be able to do some basic maintenance on him before deciding if we need to throw him away. He has been our highlight and our kids look forward to him every Christmas, so it may be one of those items we try to find for after Christmas day sales because the price is a bit too steep for not a lot of actual use. We may keep him just as a decorative piece, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable with it being turned on, if his legs officially give out in case something overheats.

This is our second year with climbing Santa and he has been a joy to our family. He occasionally gets stuck at the bottom trying to climb back up. One of his bulbs gets in the way. Easy fix. Not our main tree. My lights are slowly going out on this tree. Anytime someone asks about it I tell them Santa is working on it lol🤭. We will enjoy this for years to come. I would suggest catching this item on sale when buying.

Bought this in 2019 for 25 dollars. I can’t ebelive how much it is now. I do like it and I’ve had it since then and it’s now 2023 but it isn’t worth what they want for it now. It is very loud when it’s on and moving. It’s not the best made. After a couple years of use it gets stuck and makes a click click click sound until fixed. This guy has had maybe 20-30 mins or running through out the years and now we just put it up for display. They need to drop their price 40 dollars and then it would be a good price.

Great concept, poor quality control. I was so excited to set this up. It is adorable, the lights, the music, the moving Santa! Except Santa took one step and then never moved again. I’m so sad and annoyed, but I like it so much I’m going to (hopefully) exchange it for the other one that was on the shelf. It seems like a flip of the coin wether you get one that works or one that’s total junk.

It was good for 2 years and now Santa can’t climb down properly. If he was still properly working, I would give him five stars even with the price but because he doesn’t work I definitely don’t think it is worth the price not even the sale price honestly!!!

This Santa is soooo stinking cute!!! It’s so worth it in my eyes! It’s really sturdy it’s larger than expected and if you follow the directions which are really really self explanatory for the most part then you’ll have a ball watching Santa go up and down the ladder it goes all the way up and down it’s so stinking cute!!!! Worth the hype I would have paid full price if I saw it in person! But glad I got it on sale! The only small issue I had was attaching the clamp for the tree onto the ladder, just make sure the little screw twists out just enough for it to catch when you turn to lock it, (you’ll understand when you see the directions)! Anywho enjoy this little cute guy cause I do! 😍

I read the reviews about it not working after a while, and I was really hoping we’d be one of the lucky ones who that didn’t happen to. Unfortunately, we enjoyed it last night for about 10 minutes and today, my husband let me know it stopped climbing up and down. What a bummer, and for this amount of money, it should work perfectly.
