Q: Is this supposed to have an insert in the bottom to make it lie flat because I just did a pickup in store of this in store and it has no insert. Is mine just missing the insert or is one not included with this basket?

Very clean design and definitely makes the room look more organized. The only downfall is that and bit of pressure on the top can start to bow the box. My kids use it in their room and theirs started to have a gap in the top from them putting small items on top.
