Laurastar Lift Steam Iron

I love this steam iron! I just wish the auto off wasn’t so short as far as time goes.

I’m an avid quilter who had the Laurastar Lift on my wishlist for over a year. Finally, I made the leap, and I can say without reservation that it has changed my quilting game. Seams lie flat, and pressing is quick and efficient. I love all the features, and the Lift is easy to maintain and operate.

I bought the Laurastar Lift just over a month ago and absolutely love this iron. The steam is amazing. It is much easier to use than I anticipated. Heats up quickly and stays hot

I saw a demo of this at a quilt show and was amazed. I had never seen one in action before. Pretty amazing. I am a quilter and it does indeed press seams super flat and gets wrinkles out quickly. It is expensive but I hope it will last for years and years! I love how portable it is to get wrinkles out of my batting and backing. Can take right to the long arm frame. I do wish I had saw they had refurbished machines before I bought mine. The other con is the fact that you have to use spring water and their filters if you have well water.

The Laurastar Lift is a Godsend for me. The arthritis in my hands make some things really difficult and most irons hurt my hands when I grasp them, the handles are either too big or the shape is tapered too much. The handle on the Laurastar fits in my hand comfortably and the weight is perfect. The Lift irons line a dream, it takes half the time to press new fabrics to prepare for cutting and sewing.

Takes a little getting use to compared to the old way to iron fabric but so much more satisfying and efficient.

Compact design, efficient and a real time saver for a senior. Fits in the closet nicely. Very compact. Great way to look professionally dressed for social events, night out, family events without spending much effort.

I bought this iron 1 month ago and really like its features, the steam is dry and powerful! I like the ability to add water without turning the iron off, and the best is continuous mode without automatic shutoff. I am able to o press seams flat and wrinkles out on the first pass.

The Laurastar Lift is the best iron I have ever owned. The handle is very comfortable, the weight is perfect, and the best thing about the Laurastar Lift; it presses all types of fabric beautifully. I use it for preparing fabric to sew, pressing seams open and for pressing linen napkins. So glad I found this iron!

I've used so many different irons on the market for sewing and quilting and I was very excited to try LAURASTAR. Every LAURASTAR that I've tried, I was just absolutely amazed with. The Lift has truly become my go to iron! From the iron temp, to the amazing steam this iron can handle anything. The sole plate glides over the cotton material I used daily like butter! I've never had such flat seams either with piecing a quilt or sewing clothes.

I've had my LS Lift for some time now, and I'm still in love with it and how well it works. I'm a quilter, and I've never had such flat seams with other irons. Whether pressing my quilt pieces or touching up wrinkled clothing, the LauraStarr Lift does a fabulous job!

This iron is especially great for pressing my Chico's work pants that are knit fabric. No more pressing cloth! Just put the protective sole plate on and steam away. Does an excellent job of getting the wrinkles out and setting a crisp crease in the pant legs.

I've had my Laurastar Lift for at least 3 years now and it hasn't let me down yet. I love being able to do fusible applique without a pressing cloth. I trusted it to kill germs during the pandemic and still do. It was a big investment, but one I'm glad I made.

After 20 years I replaced my Laurastar iron board and iron. Not because it did not function anymore, but because I was fed up with using a transformer for my European 220v iron. So I bought myself an US Laurastar iron that I can just plug in directly. And it works like a charm, again!
