Terrible iron! The surface of the iron is sticking to the fabric on steam mode even on low. I cleaned it until got a huge scratch on the metal surface, even worse! Had to return to the store as a damaged item!

So Much Steam!
I usually use a steam press, but sometimes it’s just easier to grab an iron. This iron produces a lot of powerful steam with 2 different steam settings. It heats up quickly and has numerous temperature settings. The plate stays clean and presses well. I was surprised to see a Chi clothing iron, but I like it so much I’ll be looking into their garment steamer next. Great price, highly recommended.

I’ve had this iron for not even one month and the dial is now stuck on minimum heat. What a disappointment for the price I paid.

Worked well three uses
Purchased the iron on 12/7/25. Worked well for the first three uses and then the heat dial got stuck on the min setting and won’t budge or heat up. I’ve tried all tricks I’ve found on google to try and fix it with no luck. I tried returning it but since we threw away the box which apparently holds the serial number, we were unable to. You could test your luck but I would recommend keeping the box until you’re in the clear.

BEST IRON EVER
WOW. this iron is amazing!! I don’t have to use the steam button for that extra wrinkle removing power. The hot plate alone gets out all the wrinkles. Now I love ironing my husband’s uniforms.

Make Way for a Superior Ironing Experience
This iron works really well. I love how it glides smoothly across clothing without leaving additional wrinkles. It is incredibly precise in its steam delivery combined with its variety of settings. My clothes were considerably less wrinkled than when I use my "bargain" iron. The only "cons" of the iron are that it's heavier than other irons I've used (but it's also VERY high quality--so that's the trade off in weight) and the rubber on the cord makes it hard to rest the iron anywhere except the edge of the ironing board.

Versatile, smooth iron that goes above and beyond
This iron is much more versatile and smoother than any iron I've used. It has a unique shape to the foot that can get into corners with precision effectively. You can personalize the controls for steam and heat, and it has a lot more steam holes on the bottom to get it out more evenly. I felt like it did a great job on my husbands shirts and left them smooth and ready for work. I would buy this again in the future.

Best Iron I’ve Used!
Great build - sturdy but not too heavy. Steam works perfectly, and the plate glides smoothly for fast wrinkle removal. Love the ergonomic non-slip handle and fabric-specific settings. Easy to refill, no leaks so far. Super convenient all around.

Nice iron with easy options
I have several Chi heat tools for my hair so I was excited to try this iron that had some similar features. Firstly, it is easy to precisely iron even small spaces with this. I like the options on the dial and it is easy to go between steam and non steam options as needed. The iron looks great as an added bonus.

Versatile iron does the job!
As someone who enjoys wearing fashionable outfits, I have a fair number of clothing pieces in my wardrobe that need a touch of ironing before being worn. What frustrates me with my old iron is that it has only one setting for all fabrics, and consequently, doesn't do the job. This iron, the CHI Professional Iron, provides multiple settings for various fabric types and provides a range of steam options, thereby setting you up for a successful ironing session for all your fabric types. I appreciate the ceramic soleplate, which provides a smooth ironing surface that doesn't stick on certain fabrics, the ergonomic handle, and that you can use regular tap water or distilled water in the iron. The only things I don't like with this iron are the cord that sometimes gets in the way because it doesn't have a rotating joint where it connects to the iron, and the dark red window for indicating the water level, which in some lighting makes it difficult to see where the water level is. Overall, I would highly recommend this iron, especially if you do a lot of ironing.

Really good steam iron
This iron is super easy to use and it heats up rather quickly. I think it’s on the heavier side of other irons, but it has titanium ceramic on the bottom part. It has super easy controls and multi use for different fabric. It can hold a lot of water for the steamer.

Iron with ease
Can I just say how much I love this iron and the steam feature makes it that much better. The steam feature helps to unwrinkle clothes with ease and is easy to use. It feels like I am using a professional iron with how well it glides over the clothes and doesn't feel bulky. The cord moves around with ease and doesn't get in the way.

Great steamer iron
An excellent iron! Okay, I don’t iron much. Mostly because my fashion doesn’t really require it and because every iron I’ve used took too much time to get anything wrinkle free and I never learned how to use the steamer. This iron is different! Very simple to use steam and it works fast !

Great quality!
This is the best iron I’ve ever owned! Every detail is well done and the ceramic plates truly are better than others. I used a Chi hair straightener for years because they just make them better than the competition and it’s true for this iron as well. Everything from the handle grip to the steam buttons to the cord itself are high quality and feel good in your hand. I’ve used it on linen and cotton so far and it works way better than my last iron.

Great heavyweight Iron!
This is a great, heavyweight iron that helps you get the job done easily! Nice guide, with or without using the steam feature, which works great. My clothes look professionally pressed without the cost or strong arm strength needed. Added benefit would be the long cord and the quicker that usual heat up/cool down. Costs a bit more, but will be the last iron you’ll need.
