Got this item brand new and cannot even pull out the cord… it’s locked into place and you physically cannot get it out

Keep it out of your way and safely back into its place after you're done using the iron. It has cooling to keep from burning. I mean it's really an excellent product. Very sturdy and durable. It has a contractible cable which gets rid of the mess and you don’t have to worry about out the folding the cable ot anything,just press the button and the cable is gone. Really nice product, i recommend it.

I normally tossed my clothes in the dryer and have to wait 10 minutes to get wrinkles out. Now I can iron and be completely done in under 2 minutes. The steam is powerful and consistent, and it heats up super quickly. It shuts off automatically if I forget to turn it off making it a 10/10.

I paid $40 bucks for a Sunbeam, digital retractable cord steam iron that has been returned to the store. It still had water droplets on in the tank that hadn’t dried out. Well, let’s just say I hope it works.. very disappointed

It holds a lot of water at 350ml which is close to half a wine bottle! Great steam mist, not a soaker. It's a great product and I have no problems with it. Get up to speed!

My favorite feature? The retractable cord! It keeps things neat and tidy, and I don’t have to fight with a tangled mess every time I put the iron away. It’s one of those little things that makes a big difference. The iron is slightly heavier than my last one, but it actually helps press clothes better — I barely have to add pressure. The steam burst is powerful, though sometimes it takes a second to build up between bursts. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed. One thing I did notice is that the build quality feels a bit on the cheaper side — mostly the plastic casing and buttons.
