Was excited about this iron. Loved the many temp settings and digital use. As soon as I took it out of the box, I found it VERY heavy. Then the cord. It kept jamming while trying to get it out, and when trying to retract it back. After many attemps, I said forget it, this is a major problem that would likely get worse over time. It did heat up quickly, but took forever to cool down. Also filling it was somewhat akward. I returned it less than 24 hours later.

Keep it out of your way and safely back into its place after you're done using the iron. It has cooling to keep from burning. I mean it's really an excellent product. I'm absolutely impressed and love it.

Very sturdy and durable. It has a contractible cable which gets rid of the mess and you don’t have to worry about out the folding the cable ot anything,just press the button and the cable is gone. Really nice product, i recommend it.

I normally tossed my clothes in the dryer and have to wait 10 minutes to get wrinkles out. Now I can iron and be completely done in under 2 minutes. The steam is powerful and consistent, and it heats up super quickly. It shuts off automatically if I forget to turn it off making it a 10/10.

I paid $40 bucks for a Sunbeam, digital retractable cord steam iron that has been returned to the store. It still had water droplets on in the tank that hadn’t dried out. Well, let’s just say I hope it works.. very disappointed
