Q: Does this model have an auto shut off feature, meaning, does it shut off if not moved for a period of time?

A: Thank you for your question, Feng. This iron features a 3-way automatic shutoff. Movement usually resets the iron to begin heating but some irons have a reset button. Please note that the iron is still “ON” or in the standby mode until you actually turn it off and unplug the iron. The handle of the iron will remain warm since the iron is still drawing current and the electronics are still working (energized). Only the sole plate is cold.

A: Thank you for your interest. This iron does not have an on/off switch. When finished ironing, turn the fabric select dial to MIN and unplug the iron.

A: Thank you for your question. For dry ironing it is not necessary to remove all the water from the reservoir. Simply turn the steam selector to the dry setting, and turn the fabric dial to the appropriate setting.

I brought this product while in CA and it started out fine, but all of sudden it started to stick to my clothes. It doesn't matter how much water I will put in the product it goes in a vanish. I have to keep cleaning the heating plate because it will build up with sticky stuff all over the heating plate till the point that it just burnt a hole in my shirt. I'm so upset with this product.

I bought it and haven’t really used it yet. I hate ironing but I realized I needed an iron in case I did want to iron. I give it 3 stars cause when I saw it, its looks convinced me to take it home. That’s where it ends….I believe it works well. I just need to use it to validate this review.

I'm from the old school of ironing everything. I had to buy this iron in an emergency and while I'm not 100% happy, it does get the wrinkles out. Just a word of advice, never use the full heat or steam setting as it will burn the clothes, even cotton. Use the lowest setting of steam, for fabric blends.

Water leaks out the holes!! I was very careful not to overfill it, there was only a bit of water in there - although just enough to absolutely soak my ironing board and the shirt as well. Redeeming quality is it heated up quickly and got to a good temperature but spilling water everywhere just made it entirely nonfunctional for me unfortunately so I am returning it.
