Pro plus Turquiose
I love, love, love this iron! It heats up quickly, and presses a crisp seam. When I had a problem with the iron, customer service responded swiftly, professionally, andresolved the issue.

ProPlus
I replaced my old Oliso with a new one because I loved the lift feature. While this story has a happy ending, I did get an iron that had a bouncing problem. Customer Service was FANTASTIC and after trying some troubleshooting, they replaced my new iron super quick. This new one (knock on wood) seems to be working.

Replacement

Oliso Pro Plus Butterscotch
As a prolific sewist, I've purchased many irons. I like that the smart iron pops up when hand is removed when not pressing fabric. So far, Oliso Pro Plus is my preferred iron. I've purchased four Oliso. It's recommended to empty the water tank when not in use. If not, build up causes un needed problems.

Doesn’t steam
This is the 3rd Oliso iron I have had. First one last 5 years great iron. Second lasted 1 year. This is brand new and doesn’t steam. I am worried about there quality now.

While the customer service is great, I am very disappointed that a $200 iron stopped working within 1 month of purchase, which says a lot since it’s not used everyday. The replacement is still sitting in the box unopened.

Sunshine Wrist Saver
I loved my first ProPlus iron that when I dropped it and broke it I had to get another. Oliso irons have me completely spoiled. I can't do without the auto lift now that I have had it. When I have had wrist and thumb injuries it really is a game changer because it takes all the pressure off your hand. You don't have to do any lifting, just sliding. And the ceramic coating makes the iron glide beautifully. I think this iron is worth the price tag. Your hands and wrists will thank you!
