A: The Leakwear Men's can absorb up to 100 ml/3.4 fl oz. Of course, everyone is different some require a secondary item for heavier leaks. For heavier leaks we recommend using an additional pad.

I purchased these briefs for my husband as we are coping with the aging process and early dementia. My husband 6’3” 240lbs and size Large fit him perfectly, like a glove, no bunching or diaper-look. A bit on the expensive side for just one pair of underwear, but very good quality & I really appreciate this underwear as they help me keep the house and bed linens fresh and clean as his attention to hygiene and cleanliness is declining. Everyone is happy!
I bought these for my father in law who is in his 80s and faces an incontinence challenge. He loved the feel of the fabric (soft and comfortable) and how it truly felt like a second skin. This pair saved him from what could’ve been a bit messy during a walk around his neighborhood. He highly recommends them and my mother in law is grateful for the work it saved her! The value it brought is priceless.

Husband LOVED These
My husband loves to compeitive cycle. This requires long hours of strenous activity with other cyclists. Unfortunately, my husband expressed his disdain for having to pee whilist riding. It's an uncomfortable situation for him, and he always tends to let a little pee leak out after holding it for hours. After some research, I came across these briefs. My husband thought it was worth a shot, and said they are very helpful for when he rides! I highly recommend to others with husband cyclists.
