It looks cute but since I am giving it as a gift later this month, I don’t know anything more about it. I haven’t had time to play with it.

Great for 3 yr old who wants a tablet without actually being a tablet
Each setting only has one type of activity (ex: popping bubbles to reveal a letter ["letters" setting in tablet mode], or pressing a button with a letter on it ["letters" setting in laptop mode]), which makes it easy for my 3 yr old to navigate by herself. The activities only require one action at a time ("push a button" or "touch the symbol"), followed by an animation that entertains or rewards for each successful action. The screen is awful tho - hard to see (very directional, and back-lit by a bright blue light - whyyyy BLUE? Why not orange or something else easier to see and less disruptive to sleepytime???). Otherwise, this is a good product for the price (~$30). It looks like an analog screen too (looks kind of like a calculator; not digital), which is actually nice because it's easier on your eyes.

Its a fun toy but the touch screen already isn’t responsive in spots after 2 weeks of use. Not durable.

The idea is good, but the screen is so dim that I don’t know if the intended recipient will even be engaged.

Not Safe!
It keeps hurting my baby’s fingers! They get stuck and smashed between the screen flips.

Taught my 2 year old his alphabet
I have two of these, one for each kid, in my car. Both kids like them but my two year old in particular LOVES it. It taught him his alphabet and we realized the other day that it has also taught him what sound each letter makes. We've been quizzing my kindergartener on those sounds and our two (almost three) year old keeps answering instead. It's my go-to gift for people now and does actually teach some stuff (plus keeps them entertained for a while)! I'll also mention that they've lived in my car in the extremely hot South for well over a year and I've replaced the batteries maybe twice. This thing is amazing!
