Duds
I bought the additional pods to go with the science kits for my 2 grandchildren. The pods in the science kits work great. All of these pods are duds. They do not dissolve properly, they don't foam and the toys are duplicates. These are a waste of money.... Very disappointed ....

Series 3 has issues
Super disappointing. I purchased more than 8 - 6 packs from various sources of the Series 3 collection. Every single 6 pack had a minimum of 3 and a max of 4 identical characters. Where is the quality control?For the price of these things, at the very least, the 6 packs could at least have different characters. We have decided to fade out trying to collect the rest of series 3 and move on to something else. It's just not worth it and such a disappointment.

Deceptive ad and way overpriced
We bought the volcano because we thought it was needed for the beaker creatures. When we bought the siz pack the instructions say it wasn't needed. Also way overpriced.

Duplicates
My son loves beaker creatures. I wish they would sell Series 3 in a 24 pack. Series 3 is the only one we have had a difficult time with more than one duplicate. Learning Resources should really look into this. A 6 pack should not have so many duplicates in them.

Too many duplicates!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son LOVES Beaker Creatures, LOVES! We don't mind trying to help him collect them and purchasing several at a time for bigger gifts. We do expect duplicates when buying, however, it would be nice if there weren't so many duplicates. Some 6-packs we bought do have 5 or 6 different Beaker Creatures, while others have 4 of the same in one 6-pack. Would be nice if at most there were only a couple duplicates in one 6 pack. Overall he loves the actual creatures though.

Have to agree with other review, duplicates galore.
My son is trying to collect the Beaker Creatures. We have bought series 3 packs twice now for 12 pods total. Out of the 12 my son got TEN HEXAGEMS. This is absolutely crazy considering how expensive the packs are. Not only were we disappointed but he was so bummed to continue opening the exact same creature. He now has 10+ of them!!! Will be avoiding series three unfortunately.
