A: Hi Amy. Please make sure that after you switch out the batteries, you ensure that the switches are in the ON/Play position and that the snake and remote are synchronized together as shown on the instruction sheet. Fun to be had, this is every boy’s dream
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a popular toy that brought lots of giggles and laughs along the way. My 3 year old loves it and it is a toy that he plays with every single day. It’s heat used on a flat surface. It’s a great size and the remote control is easy enough for him to be able to use on his own without help. Battery life could be better but do how much it is used it’s worth it,

Slithering our way to Christmas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the coolest battery operating snake I have seen. I cannot take out of package because I have it wrapped now under my Christmas tree for my daughter. Love how it is something besides a car. Vibrant colors. Rather large as well so won't be hard to lose. Cannot wait for her to play with on Christmas day n the instructions make it sound so easy and fun.

Worst toy ever. Company refuses to fix problem
If I could give it a zero I would. Contacted the company because the snake worked for less than 60 minutes made me send a video and all the information for the snake and then told me too bad. You’ll have to take it back to the store. Would never buy another toy from this company!

Please remove off the shelves!!!! This snake doesn’t work! I returned the first one and purchased another one and it didn’t work either. Highly disappointed and I do not recommend any purchase this snake.

DO NOT BUY! DOESNT WORK!
DOES NOT WORK!!! The batteries are brand new and placed exactly how it shows on instructions. It worked for a few seconds but then completely stopped working. Super disappointing because my son was so excited to play with it. I definitely don’t recommend buying it!

You need FOUR batteries for the snake!
I read a lot of the reviews and was very frustrated at first because my snake would also not turn on, however I realized you need FOUR batteries for the snake alone. 2 at the bottom, then flip it over and put 2 on the top. I was ready to return it but now my son loves it.

Defective Units - Do Not Buy!!!
Not one, but TWO separate units purchased today were both Dead on Arrival. Looking at reviews from the past month, it seems that likely ALL CURRENT UNITS IN STORES ARE DEFECTIVE. Do NOT waste your time. Zero stars. Target needs to remove these from store shelves. No Q/A.

Good idea poor execution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool toy it does slither like a snake! The logistics miss the mark though. First the packaging was terrible, I was expecting this product and still didn't know what it was. Second the set up was crazy difficult. The batteries are in the head and takes 4 screws to remove. The screws are so tiny even our PC tool kit was too big. I'd wager most folks wouldn't have a screwdriver that would work. The instructions were super unclear too. It is a nice idea but I would have been upset if I had spent money on it.

Only worked for 10 minutes.
This was fun for about 10 minutes and then it quit working. Not sure if it was just a defective one or not. Did all the troubleshooting and it was not full of hair. My kiddo absolutely loved the while it worked but definitely not worth it if it's just going to break immediately.

Doesnt even work after a painful assembly
After painful removal or screws just to get the batteries in, the screws were nearly threaded, the snake didn’t move whatsoever with new and tested batteries properly installed. Waste of time.

Kids love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys loved the snake. They got so much fun out of it. It goes very well on the hardwood floor goes a little slow on the carpet. It is kind of loud and when you pick it up, it can pinch you a little bit but other than that, the battery seems to last a while and the kids got some good playing time.
