I have a loving these chewables! The cherry flavor is so yummy and I like that it feels like a big Smartie! So it's been a bit of a journey with these tablets the past 2 weeks, but I wanted to make sure I had taken them for more than a couple days before leaving a review. After 1-2 days of taking these, I noticed a substantial difference in my energy levels, and mood. I began taking these about day 4 of my cycle, so it naturally is a time of better mood and energy with rising estrogen levels, but I haven't felt that way the past couple cycles. So it's wonderful to feel this way again! I took these once without food (an hour after eating)and that was not a pleasant experience, I immediately felt tired as if I had overworked myself and over heated. After that day I began splitting the chewables in 1/2 and taking it morning and lunch and I really liked that. Another day I forgot to take it in the morning with my breakfast and figured no biggy, I'll just take them with a late lunch, which was about 3pm and yeah… that didn't work for me either. But I knew it wasn't the chewable, it was user error. So now I take it with Breakfast or not at all. I've only skipped one day since taking it and I felt okay, it was nice to know that my body could handle taking care of itself and the next day I resumed ingesting it and felt great. These work great and I have noticed a big difference taking them and plan to continue doing so!
