  • A: Depends on the person. "Officially" 18+, but that rating is for the difficulty/complexity/fiddliness. My kid put together the Pyramid of Gaza, which is also 18+, when she was 16. But she loves Lego and literally did the pyramid with no help in one afternoon! Do I think every 16-year-old could do that? No. But if you know a teen who really wants *this* set, and you know they have the patience, I wouldn't let the age rating stop you from purchasing it for them.

    Fragile and Weird Ending Instructions

    So we bought this for my mother for Easter and upon building it it was fine but the leaves literally pop off at the smallest touch. We ended up super gluing the connection on the leaves so my mother wouldn't accidentally break them. Way to fragile. Then at the end you are supposed to just dump pieces in there that barely fit for "dirt". Just no. Bad and that is a recipe for pieces falling out if you move the set and not keep it level. Really silly instructions. Overall beautiful but needs work and a revision.

    Bad design, horrendous quality

    Completely unstable due to how the attachment of the flower to the pot is designed. At least one of the four pieces inevitably pops out any time you want to change anything on the plant. Enjoy painstakingly taking all the dirt out in order to play whac-a-mole (pop a piece back in, another comes loose) for a few minutes, unless one of your small flower pieces fell into the ring at the bottom, then triple that time. The triangular petals also constantly fall off when adjusting them. Looks like dog water too, there was no budget for pieces to cover up the black support stalks? Much uglier than our other botanical sets (chrysanthemum + plum blossom), but costs double because it's bigger. Glad our eyesore is more noticeable! You'd have more fun putting your money in a blender. Received dozens of "product.review.error"s trying to upload this until I changed my rating to 5 stars and edited it back btw. Crazy that this website doesn't even support paragraph breaks lol.
