This detailed Tournament Battle Arena (71818) set lets boys and girls aged 7+ recreate the dramatic final showdown from season 2 of the NINJAGO Dragons Rising TV show. The ninja playset includes lots of interactive features to provide kids with hours of playtime. Afterward, it makes an eye-catching display model on a shelf or bedside table. This LEGO NINJAGO action toy set includes 2 moving platforms so kids can play out exciting battles with a ninja and a villain, a large drum they can push off its stand to roll into the arena, and a staircase that collapses with the pull of a lever, causing any characters on it to slide to the bottom. This buildable ninja toy for kids comes with 6 NINJAGO minifigures. Ninja Kai and Sora, in their tournament armor and with never-before-seen short katana sword accessories, battle a collection of villains: Cinder, a Wolf Mask Warrior and, exclusive to this set, Evil Jay and Tox. Interactive & Fun
This is one of the best Ninjago settings out there! It's very interactive with the collapsing staircase, the gong launcher, and moving battle platforms. Also the minifigs are great! I like that Cinders legs are wispy and that Tox isn't in any other set. I also like the giant energy hands on the wolf mask warrior. It's great that you can attach a few other sets to it. I don't really have any complaints about this set.

A winning set
When i first laid eyes on this set, i knew it was the set for me. With having great play features, amazing attention to detail, and some of the best mini figures I’ve ever seen, this set is best for play, and display. But not only that, this set also slightly tells a story, with the statue in the middle, the little golden dragon, and all the scrolls and runes lying around. Overall, this is one of my favorite sets of this year, and probably of the best. Greatly recommended.

A must buy set
I bought this set last year during the summer as an early birthday present for myself. Building it was a breeze, and as always, is durable. The stages can be separated and moved around, each having their own unique function. The set works for play and, for its size, is suprisingly beautiful to display. The minifigure selection is easily the best part of this set, which also includes three exclusives (Tox, Evil Jay and tournament-variant Cinder). I would have preferred actual pants for Cinder, but the ghost tail piece, which was clearly meant to represent his smoke form, works fine too. The price per piece is fine in my opinion, considering what you get. I highly recommend hobbyists or fans of the series to purchase this set.

Amazing

The transmission is beautifully complex, the doors have such a satisfying way to open them, and the wing and shifting is just so fun to keep fiddling with over and over. The box for the set I also loved. Really cool style with opening the box to seeing the stages of the real thing to the Lego.

Fantastic build
Purchase this Lego set for my son‘s birthday. He is a huge Ninjago fan and had the most amazing time building with his brother. The site comes with so many figures and it fits very well on a shelf when he’s not playing with it.

Hours of Playtime
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the LEGO NINJAGO Tournament Battle Arena Set. My son loves Legos and was really excited to put this set together and play with it. The instructions book is very detailed with easy-to-follow step-by-step illustrations. The pieces come in separate numbered bags making it easy to find the right one when needed. The pieces are strong and built well. My son had a lot of fun with the battle arena and all the little mini figures. He played with it for hours. This is a great set for any NINJAGO or LEGO fan and would make a great gift.
