Summary of reviews
This set offers an impressive building experience with intricate details and a massive size that makes it a standout display piece. Guests appreciate the fun and challenging assembly process, which is complemented by easy-to-follow instructions. However, some concerns arise regarding structural integrity and the lack of playable features. Overall, it is a must-have for fans of the Clone Wars and collectors looking to enhance their display with a stunning model.

UCS above all else is honest. If you want a big Spaceship you buy UCS. The box tells you big spaceship and thats what you get. Some of the other Lego themes need to adopt this type of transparency (looking at you lego Ideas). Don't say a build is big if it isnt, you're just going to disappoint people. Overall I recommend this set to fans of Star Wars or fans of Big spaceships.

Quite a pleasant build, thought it would of been a struggle due to the amount of pieces, easy to follow instructions, sturdy design

So I normally don’t do reviews, but I felt I needed to on this set. It was extremely fun and challenging to build. The look of it is very pleasing to the eye. And it’s massive! But, there are several things that Lego could’ve done better or completely different. 1-Putting parts of it together can be very sketchy. If you’re not extremely careful, parts just pop right off while trying to attach other parts. 2- The stands are not built very well for such a large display. They should’ve put it from 2 to 4 stands to distribute the weight better and bulked them up a bit. 3-Now this is my biggest gripe about the entire build, the engines. When you first put them together and attach them they are very nice, but after a few weeks of sitting they start to sag, extremely sag. It’s gotten to the point where I can’t even tough them for fear of them falling even more. So overall I would recommend it only if you’re going to move it once, MAYBE twice. Anymore than that and it’s a danger of having pieces fall off.

If you’re a fan of the clone wars or clone wars era (and if you have the money to spend) this thing is awesome. Took me a little while to put together but it was a fun build and to see it fully completed is a surreal experience especially since the venator is one of my favorite vehicles in all of fiction and it now sits as the proud display piece in my room.

The set looks great but there are some major downsides to the integrity of the set, like one of the stands broke under its own weight a while ago on mine, and the set is quite brittle so you have to be really careful.
It's as cool as Max Rebo

I spent almost a year saving for this, but it was worth it. I honestly don't know why I wanted it so badly, but it just came to me that I wanted it. Took me four days to build, but so fun! I would recommend it to anyone.

This is an eye-catching set for anyone how enjoyed the prequels and The Clone Wars series. The build has some tedious bits with lots of plate layering and greebling, but it's broken up into bite-sized chunks. I learned some creative building techniques while putting it together. The finished ship is nice to look at and has a formidable presence. It's a tricky one to store though.

I personally think for the price and size the ship should have some play able features on the inside. am i the only one that thinks this? detailed ship on outside and looks really good but only for display. would be nice to have interior hangar or command center

My oldest son built this age 20 with his friend and I recommend this to anybody do not try to move it too much. It will fall apart. Not worth the money if it's going to fall apart for the price you pay the things should be built like a tank and not fall apart.

It looks amazing on my overhang desk just above my computer, although it is absolutely massive and I can barely fit it and the UCS gunship up there. It pairs amazingly with the UCS gunship though, and you will need quite a bit of space for it, and it did take me roughly a week of off and on building to finish. But it was worth it, and worth it's current price. If it ever goes on sale, it's 100% percent worth it. Even if it doesn't have the exclusive minifigures like it says in the manual it comes with.
Very satisfied

From ordering to the build. I’m very happy with the purchase, piece count and difficulty in build. I like doubling the open bags. Part of my enjoyment is sifting through the pieces to find the next one. My grandson and I have all of the Star Wars UCS products and enjoy our collection.
Excellent!

My son saved up for this set thinking he was getting an exclusive figure of Captain Rex. It is poor show of Lego to now bring out a micro fighter set with what looks like an identical Captain Rex figure 6 months later. The Venator build itself I wouldn’t say is worth the money and his main choice for buying the set was being a fan of the figure. Disgusting marketing ploy by Lego.

I got to page 559 where you put the control bridge to the main frame. It doesn't seem to want to line up. I searched online for help and see that others are having the same issue.
