It smells almost toxic. We bought the lemon mint one because we love that scent in the hand soap and cleaning products but this candle has a very toxic, almost kerosene, smell to it. I can smell the lemon mint but it smells awful when burning. Maybe I got a faulty one.

This candle is made of 100% soy, and the price point is about a third of what you’d have to pay for 100% soy elsewhere. This is the cleanest and safest type of candle to burn and I’m not sure why there are negative reviews. The candle burns evenly, the scent is mild and not overpowering, the glass quality is lovely. It’s an overall fantastic product.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. I like this line of candles, the scents are pleasant and don't take over the whole room. If you are looking for a candle with some scent that won't make you feel sick to your stomach from a flood of chemicals in the air, I recommend these. You can burn them for a while without the smell lingering around.
