Harboring grudges and plotting revenge takes a lot of energy. While the wait for one true moment of schadenfreude sounds oh so sweet, true bliss can be found in simply not giving a f*ck. With Let That Sh*t Go, you'll find moments of profanity-laced catharsis and joy through journaling activities and inspirations that are positive as f*ck. Journal is very thin with large writing lines. If you write big you'll probably get about three sentences into the spaces provided. The questions aren't very thought provoking. Many are generalized and repeat themselves in different wording. You can only answer "how can I be happier" so many times. I got bored quickly. There are a lot of better choices for journaling out there.
Quick, but efficient

If you binge it, you can go through this book within 2-3 days I’m sure. Not really for the kids with it’s sense of humor. Can help aid in your self healing!! Short activities that get the ball rolling. Some things are easy to answer and some make you think a little. A good addition to your journals and reads.

I thought it would be a fun little book but once you open it (to any page) it is painfully underwhelming. It feels like whoever made it was lazy or looking for a money grab. The first page I opened to was something like “even serial killers have people who love them” and then goes on to ask who loves you with the following page just being a very short quote that looks like it was picked with their eyes closed. Everything felt so generic and weird.Rupi kaurs “healing through words” is more effective at doing what this book thought it did. I will run, not walk, to return this book.
