bring back the original "original" scent
Bring back the original "original" scent. My husband used another brand soap the last few years and asked for Lever 2000 recently as the other soap wasn't leaving him clean feeling. Bought original Lever 2000 and we actually had a long discussion if this was what he used to use. The smell is so strong and overpowering. Bring back the original scent and formulation!

The best soap. I recently rediscovered this after years of using Dove and I realize that this soap gets me the most clean. It’s one of the best antibacterial soaps out there. I noticed I have literally no body odor at all, especially in the summertime when I use lever.

Lasting scent
I tried different kinds of soaps and decided to try this one for traveling. Honestly, it's ok. It's not rough or doesn't completely dry my skin out. It lasts a while when using either on a rag or just the bar. I didn't like how long the scent stayed. Didn't last long for me.

Terrible new scent!
I was hoping the previous reviews were wrong, but they are right. While the label says "Original Scent," the scent with the new packaging is completely different and not in a good way. I've been using this soap for years, and now, unfortunately, I'm on a hunt for a new brand. Will return.

Value Engineering RUINED the Best Bar Soap Around
Lever 2000 changed its formula since Covid and the smell is a terrible. I can only describe it as a spoiled milk, yet somehow chemical smell. I have used this product for decades and I am now looking for a suitable replacement. Go back to your old formula or you will continue to lose customers. I don't even mind paying a little extra to keep the product the same as it used to be. I have a hard time believing this past a consumer testing panel.

They changed it!!!!
I have been using this soap for decades. It is the only soap that doesn't irritate me. I just re-orderd and the packaging is different. No biggie, but the formula must've changes becasue it has a stronger heavy detergent smell. I don't like the smell and I KNOW that if I wash with that I will react to it in a negative way.
