Scratched and marked/marred up. Missing mounting brackets and remote control dropped in the sub woofer. No instructions on how to hook up or use. I had no idea that Woot recycles garbage. The packing bubbles were deflated and probably contributed to the markings/scratches/dents.

Muddy sound, frustrating auto off

The sound out of this system is incredibly muddy despite adjusting every setting I can find. Voices are muffled despite using the clear voice settings. But the worst problem is the auto off function. If it doesn’t receive audio for as little as 5 minutes it will shut down. Changing the auto-off settings doesn’t fix this either. Really disappointed overall

Crystal Clear Audio listening experience paired with right sound content. Works well with Youtube Music and Youtube TV for regular content. Great experience with premium content such as Netflix. The Phone APP is an excellent way to stream and easy to use and control.

Says wireless back speakers are not. So invest in wire hiders, disappointing. You’re lucky I threw out the box or I’d be returning this. Is it louder yes the bass sucks though js. For the money I’ve bought smaller speakers that have been louder. It’s embarrassing when everyone is drawn to look at the speakers and they under perform.

Good for mini home theater sound system. Rear speakers are off decent quality. Would be better if they can't with mounting screws. I had to buy mounting screws and mount separately.

This sound system is amazing! Sound quality is great! The surround sound is top notch, and the fact that you don't have to run wires from the front to the back is a big plus! The value of what you get for the price is off the charts. I highly recommend this system to anyone that wants a great sound system to go with their big screen TV.

The Sound Bar is good but it was confusing for me to connect the bass and thanks to the LG Tutorial that I watched on YouTube I was able to understand that I had to press the reset button on the back and once the green light came out I gave Reset to the Link black box and It doesn't link because you have to turn off the sound bar and turn it on and that was my mistake. Something else that happens to me a lot is that if I have the sound bar connected via Optical and the TV is off and I'm going to use Bluetooth, what happens? It's just that suddenly it changes to optical and it disconnects. I can't use Bluetooth because of that bug it has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the soundbar new to replace my old 5.1 bar. Setup was simple, everything works as advertised. I just cannot give it more than 3 stars due to the HDMI ports being HDMI 1.4. It's now 2023 and HDMI 1.4 is a standard from around 2008. HDMI 2.0 should be a minimum requirement as most TVs now days are 4K 60hz or 4k 120hz. It's unacceptable that to use the HDMI you need to sacrifice screen resolution and refresh rate.

LG makes it very difficult to install this product. A low budget hard to see/read installation manual. A QR code that looks like they want to sell you a subscription for. And a short (assume you know already) video. I’m very disappointed and on the verge of returning it because of the level of frustration factor!
