A: Hello Ken! Once you properly set up your device, it is ready to go and you can ask the device whatever you would like! To set up your Echo Show device, plug it in and follow the on-screen prompts. The prompts will walk you through each stage of the set up including: 1. Select a language. 2. Connect to your Wi-Fi network. 3. Log into your Amazon account. 4. Confirm your time zone. 5. Confirm your address. 6. Confirm the location of your device. 7. Choose a name for your device. 8. Choose a wallpaper for your device. 9. Follow the on-screen steps to review your available offers. For a cellular device, you can download the Amazon Alexa app to connect and take advantage of the features of the echo dot. This is done using the free Alexa app, available on a smart phone or tablet. Once you've completed the initial setup, your Echo Dot will automatically reconnect to WiFi as long as nothing changes (like the password, for example).
